The Challenge

Outside of the typical challenges of building a brand from the ground up, Cherish had the unique challenge of not knowing who their ideal target audience was they were introducing a new app to the market. BrandCraft performed market research that validated app use case scenarios, and from this data we were able to more closely align our branding and personas from the start and position them to market the app.


BrandCraft was able to develop a brand position, voice, and visual identity that was embedded in the most immediate needs and uses future Cherish users have. Positioning Cherish for the best possible place to reach new users at launch and ongoing marketing.
